Privacy Policy
Warda Yemeni Tea ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
Email address — When you join our waitlist or subscribe to updates, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we ask you to type in.
Sign-up details — When you join, we also note which page and form you used, how you found us (for example Instagram or a search engine), and your approximate country, which our web host, Cloudflare, works out from your connection. We don't store your IP address. If you tell us which of our teas you're most looking forward to, we save that too.
Usage data — If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymous information about how you browse our site, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
- Waitlist and launch updates — We use your email to tell you when our first batch opens (48 hours before everyone else), to send your 15% founding discount, and to send the Warda Letter, about one email a month, with new stories from the Journal and news about our teas, launches and restocks.
- Planning — Your sign-up details help us see which pages and channels bring people to Warda, and how much of each tea to make.
- Site improvement — Anonymous analytics data helps us understand which content and products interest our visitors so we can improve the experience.
- Future advertising — With your consent, we may use marketing cookies in the future to show you relevant advertisements on other platforms.
